Report Your Recycled Batteries

Thank you for your endeavors in collecting and recycling batteries to protect our environment! Fill out the form below, and we will display your contribution on our website as follows:
Example 1:  Oxford Academy TAE Branch from Cypress, California recycled 322 batteries on 11/20/2021 (donor credit: Cypress Senior Apartment).
Example 2:  An anonymous contributor from Toronto, Canada recycled 106 batteries on 02/22/2022

A Certificate of Recognition will be generated in your name after your submission. The Summary Report of Recycled Batteries will be available upon your request. If you collected more than 1000 batteries, the email and picture fields below are required.
